Advantages of a residence permit for a startup project
   Moving with family
By presenting documents of family members and confirming financial reliability, you will receive a residence permit for all members of your family.
Inclusion of partners in the project
One startup can include up to 5 partners, but we recommend limiting it to 4 to increase the chances of approval. This allows not only you, but also your friends or business partners to move under the same business plan.
   Flexible terms
Even if your startup does not take off, the residence permit will be valid for 3 years, regardless of the circumstances. At the same time, you will be able to open an individual entrepreneur and extend the residence permit on this basis.
   Guaranteed Approval
If the documents and business plan are prepared correctly and without errors, obtaining a residence permit is guaranteed.

Startup program in Spain

Startup program in Spain

We will go through the process
of obtaining a Spanish residence permit
under Startup visa together

Receiving an application

The registration process begins with your application on the website through the “Let's discuss the details” form.

Free consultation

Once your application is received, Mircare will contact you to discuss your request and provide information about the program. As part of this consultation, you will be able to ask questions to the expert and learn all the features of document preparation.

Conclusion of an agreement

We work in strict accordance with the legislation of Spain and the Russian Federation; for this we conclude a service agreement with you, in which we specify all stages of our work and the payment procedure.

Collection and preparation of documents

The work begins with choosing a suitable niche and forming a project idea, or detailed development of an existing startup. Then market research and, if necessary, CustDev are carried out to understand the needs of the market. The next step is to draw up a comprehensive business plan, which includes both financial and investment analysis. And finally, we package the product: prepare a presentation, video, road map, lean canvas.

Entry into Spain

To enter the country, a tourist visa is sufficient, which can be obtained at any Spanish visa center by providing a standard package of documents.

Submitting a business plan to Enisa

Once you arrive in Spain, your business plan must be approved by Enisa, a government company under the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism. Submission takes place online. If you apply through us, then you don’t need to fill out anything - we will do everything. You will only need to confirm your stay in Spain (boarding passes, entry stamps) and your residential address (apartment or hotel). From the moment you submit your business plan to Enisa, you are in Spain legally as your documents are being reviewed. This rule applies even if the 90-day period of your tourist visa expires during this process.

Enisa Project Evaluation

Your project will be reviewed and assessed within 90 days, although in practice this is often faster and most applicants receive approval within 60 days.

Submitting documents for a residence permit

After approval of the project, it is necessary to submit a package of documents to the Ministry of Integration, Social Security and Migration. The official review period is up to 3 months, but often the process takes less time.

Obtaining a residence permit

Within 2 weeks after a positive decision is made, you will be issued a plastic resident card, which is an official confirmation of your status and replaces a passport in most EU countries.

What will you get?
Spanish Resident Card (Tarjeta de identidad de extranjero)
An identification plastic card that gives the right to reside in Spain and contains the owner’s personal information, including his photograph, name, date of birth, address of residence.

  • Got a Portugal visa

Olga and Artem are happy holders of an annual visa.

The couple did not care which country they received Schengen, because they are experienced travelers, and they have already had Schengen from different countries.

We chose Portugal and were not disappointed, as visas were approved immediately for a year without any problems or difficulties.

  • received a US visa

There are already legends about the queues for a US visa in different countries, appointments for six months and a year in advance.

First, our visa manager monitored Kazakhstan for a month, then we switched to Malta - to no avail. It was possible to sign up only for Israel for August 2023.

The screenshot shows Narina’s reaction when we were able to re-record her for September 2022.
