The registration process begins with your application on the website through the “Let's discuss the details” form.
After receiving your application, Mircare specialists will contact you to discuss your request and provide information on obtaining a residence permit. As part of this consultation, you will be able to ask questions to the expert and learn all the features of the program.
We work in strict accordance with the legislation of Turkey and the Russian Federation, for this we conclude a service agreement with you, in which we specify all stages of our work and the payment procedure.
We will advise you in detail on the list of necessary documents and requirements for them. For example, you will be required to: - International passport and its copy; - Medical insurance policy (for students 18-65 years old). - Confirmation of your residential address in Turkey (original rental agreement translated into Turkish and notarized). In case of living with third parties (who are not relatives), a notarized written commitment of the host person will be required (as well as a notarized written commitment of the spouse of the host person, if he/she is married); - Bank account statement based on the minimum wage in Turkey - about $500 for each month of stay in the country. - Original certificate of no criminal record with apostille. - For students under 18 years of age - an official letter of consent to study in Turkey from their parents, translated into Turkish and certified by a notary. - After submitting documents, we facilitate enrollment in language courses at the university.
First, we fill out an electronic application on the website of the Main Directorate of Migration Service. Then you can come with the original documents to the office for foreign students. From there, representing the interests of the applicant, the documents are sent for consideration to the migration service.
The courier will deliver you a plastic card – Ikamet (residence permit) at your place of residence. Sometimes the card arrives at the post office. We are monitoring this moment and will help you receive the document in any case.
The faculty can be chosen after the first year of study in the preparatory courses for studying the Turkish language.
