You need to provide as much evidence of your talent as possible. For this, the necessary documents are prepared to demonstrate your potential.
When applying, you will need to provide a passport and the results of a tuberculosis examination.
If approved, receive a notification from the Home Office (UK Home Office) by email. If rejected, you will have 28 days to reapply.
From the date of approval, you have 90 days to apply for a talent visa. If both applications (approval and visa) were submitted at the same time, no additional steps are required.
If your visa is approved and you plan to stay in the UK for more than 6 months, you will need to obtain a BRP (biometric residence permit). From the moment you enter the country, you will have 10 days to process it at the nearest post office.
