For registration, personal presence in Spain is required. In this case, a residence permit is issued for a period of 3 years, not 1.
The cost of insurance for a year is approximately 700 € per person.
The Ministry of Integration, Social Security and Migration reviews documents from 1 month. At this time, you can legally stay in Spain.
Once your application is approved, we will make an appointment with the police so that you can submit biometrics. Within 2 weeks you will receive a plastic resident card valid for 3 years, which serves as official confirmation of your status and replaces a passport in most EU countries.

A digital nomad visa is a type of long-term visa or temporary residence permit designed for those who earn money by working remotely.
Basic requirements for digital nomad visa applicants: - Citizenship of a country outside the European Union; - Absence of offenses (confirmed by a certificate of good conduct); - Diploma or proven work experience of at least 3 years; - Work for yourself or a company outside of Spain; - Obtaining health insurance valid in Spain (€70 per person per month); - Monthly income from 2,520 € for one person.
To obtain a visa, you must provide an income equal to 200% of the minimum wage in Spain for the main applicant, 75% for the first family member and 25% for each additional family member. Therefore, a specialist working remotely must earn at least 2,520 € monthly. For a family of three, the applicant must have a monthly income of about 300 thousand rubles.
