Receiving an application

Leave a request on the website using the “Let’s discuss the details” form.

Free consultation

Once your application is received, Mircare will contact you to discuss your request and provide information about the program. As part of this consultation, you will be able to ask questions to the expert and learn all the features of document preparation.

Assessing your chances and developing a strategy

We determine which criteria for obtaining a visa can be met in your case. We are drawing up a roadmap for further actions.

Case preparation

Evidence of your achievements can be a university diploma confirming a master's or bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a professional field, or a doctorate. Either you must have exceptional ability in science, art or business. It is necessary to prove compliance with at least 3 out of 6 criteria: an academic degree, letters from employers confirming at least 10 years of work experience, a license or certificate for professional activity, proof of salary or remuneration in the field, membership in professional associations, proof of recognition of achievements by government agencies or various organizations . Our experts will help you comprehensively form and develop your personal brand, prepare publications in the media, arrange an invitation to participate in professional competitions and collect other necessary confirmations for you.

Submitting a petition

Our lawyers will double-check your case, package it, and file your petition. Use the expedited case review service - this will reduce the time frame to 45 days instead of the usual 10-14 months. The service costs $2805 and is included in our cost of work.

Waiting for a decision on the case

The case is being examined in central Texas or Nebraska. If necessary, our lawyers respond to the additional request (RFE) and attach additional documents. Once your visa is approved, you go to the embassy to obtain a visa (if applying outside the US) or apply for adjustment of status (if you are in the US).

Interview at the US Embassy

The interview can be done at the US Embassy of any country in the world - the wait for the interview will be about 6-8 months. The consul can clarify your work experience, ask you to talk about your achievements and share your plans for the future. We provide detailed consultation before the interview so that you can confidently answer all questions. If necessary, you can use the services of a translator.

Obtaining an EB-2NIW visa and moving to the USA

After successfully passing the interview, you will be issued a passport with an EB-2NIW visa attached. You must enter the USA within 6 months. The green card is prepared within 2 weeks after the application - during this time temporary documents are issued (permission to enter and work in the United States). You can apply for citizenship after 5 years of living in the country with a green card.

FAQ

We are often asked

How is the EB-2NIW visa different from the EB-1 visa?

To obtain an EB-2NIW visa, you must demonstrate that your skills will benefit the United States, and for an EB-1, you must demonstrate your exceptional abilities. When preparing a case for an EB-1 visa, the main focus is on your past achievements, while the EB-2NIW visa focuses on the future: exactly how you will benefit the United States. According to experts, the conditions for obtaining an EB-2 visa are somewhat softer than those of the EB-1, but it all depends on the client’s individual situation.

I have higher education and professional success, but I do not know English well. Will this be a problem?

An EB-2NIW visa applicant is not required to speak English, but we recommend that you have at least basic knowledge of the language - this will help during the visa process, as well as adapting after moving to the United States.

Why do I need an immigration lawyer?

US immigration laws are quite complex, and in the visa application process, as a rule, there is no clear list of required documents. An experienced specialist will not only help you prepare a compelling petition, but will also help you choose the best strategy for your situation. We advise you to contact immigration lawyers to avoid mistakes in your case and minimize the risks of visa refusal.

What will happen during the interview with the consul?

The consular officer will ask you 2-3 professional questions and inquire about your achievements and plans for life after emigrating to the USA. Typically, the interview with the main applicant will be conducted in English. If you are moving with family or loved ones, you will communicate with them in a language that is convenient for them.

Who will receive green cards with me?

Green cards will be issued to spouses and unmarried children under 21 years of age.

  • Got a Portugal visa

Olga and Artem are happy holders of an annual visa.

The couple did not care which country they received Schengen, because they are experienced travelers, and they have already had Schengen from different countries.

We chose Portugal and were not disappointed, as visas were approved immediately for a year without any problems or difficulties.

  • received a US visa

There are already legends about the queues for a US visa in different countries, appointments for six months and a year in advance.

First, our visa manager monitored Kazakhstan for a month, then we switched to Malta - to no avail. It was possible to sign up only for Israel for August 2023.
