The application process begins with receipt of your application

Upon receipt of your application, Mircare will contact you to discuss your request and provide information on obtaining an APEC card. As part of this consultation, you will be able to ask questions to a specialist and find out all the details of the paperwork.

We work in strict accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. To do this, we conclude a service agreement with you, in which we specify all stages of our work and the payment procedure.

You provide us with the necessary information and documents according to the list that we send you.

We send the completed set of documents to the Russian Foreign Ministry for review.

The period for consideration of an application for an APEC card is 1 year from the date of submission of documents to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Throughout the process, we will track the status of your application using a unique number that will also be sent to 

We receive the APEC map from the Russian Foreign Ministry and notify you. The finished card can be obtained from our office in Moscow. We can also arrange delivery of the card by courier service throughout Russia.

APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) is an economic forum of countries for Asia and the Pacific, created in 1989 to strengthen cooperation between these countries.

 The APEC Card is an international travel document. APEC card holders receive the right to multiple visa-free visits to member countries of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation organization

The card is issued for 5 years. The validity period of the Russian foreign passport must cover the validity period of the card.

It is possible to obtain a temporary card once approval has already been received from
some countries. A permanent card will be issued after receiving approval from others
countries

Card issuance cannot be accelerated. The long period is due to the fact that the candidate’s application is individually reviewed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of each country party to the agreement.

APEC card holders must have a valid passport for the entire period of validity of the card. If your passport expires, or you are applying for a new passport, you need to re-apply for an APEC card, since it is linked to the data of the passport for which it was originally issued.

A card can be refused for several reasons: violation of the visa regime of a particular country, or the presence of an outstanding criminal record.

If it is impossible to issue a card, we will refund your payment in full.

If you have an APEC card, you do not need to have a visa to those countries that have approved the card for you. Exceptions: USA, Canada. The APEC card is, in fact, an analogue of a multiple-entry business visa for 5 years. When crossing the borders of APEC countries, you go through the Diplomats / APEC Card corridor and present the card along with the passport for which it was issued. All entries and exits using the card are recorded in the international passport on which it was issued, so your international passport must have enough
